Ice Foundation K9 Rescue is a non-profit rescue group. All of our rescues are rescued from situations whereby they no longer would have had a chance to survive. Our goal is to find wonderful "loving family companion homes" for those adoring canines and felines who deserve a second chance in life. We are committed to adopting these companions out to homes where they are indoors, treated as family members and are continued to be well socialized and provided with both premium nutrition and health care.

Ice Foundation K9 Rescue was officially established in August 2016 with a mission of saving homeless dogs. We are 100% volunteer run.

Our dogs come from a variety of different situations and locations such as pounds/shelters, strays, and surrendered pets - with in Canada. We give our dogs the best care and chance to find their forever homes by placing them with loving and caring volunteer foster parents. In order to prevent further over-population, all pets are spayed or neutered, vaccinated (Rabies, Da2pp, Bordetella, heart worm tested and flea and tick treatment) and microchipped age and health permitting, as well as Pet Secure pet Insurance 5 week coverage worth $500.

As a completely volunteer-based organization, we are only able to find our pets their forever homes with the help of our volunteers and donors. Click here if you are interested in volunteering, fostering or donating.

Our mission is to rescue and rehome as many dogs as possible, regardless of age, breed, background, health and/or behavioural issues. Our goal is to find each of our rescued dogs the loving FOREVER HOME they deserve.
